Fifteen homes, one hillside, and a single idea: that a place is made not by how much is built, but by how carefully. Set across a generous stretch of Tamil Nadu's hills, this bespoke residential community was conceived by a developer who set out to build not just plots, but a way of living — and who staked his conviction by making his own home here first.

Each of the fifteen plots is offered not as a finished house but as an invitation — a canvas sized and shaped to its owner's life, designed bespoke to the land and the family who will live on it. The founder's own residence, the first to rise, sets the tone: unhurried, tactile, and built to belong to its hillside.

SECTIONAL INTERIORS

The section reveals a single-storey house that steps with its slope, unfolding as a continuous public-to-private sequence — spine, living, dining, kitchen — along a glazed front open to the valley. A restrained palette of honed limestone, walnut, and aged oak carries from structure into furnishing, so architecture and interior read as one gesture. Deep soffits and dropping floor levels shape each zone without walls, grounding the home quietly in its hillside.
